For the sake of Neal's privacy, find someone he likes. I don't think he'd enjoy a stranger rummaging about his things. Mozzie, his best friend happens to be an excellent thief (which is not surprising at all). Contact him. I don't have his number, so you'll have to get creative in obtaining.

Wichita, I'm impressed you think you're even remotely up to par but as far as criminals go I think you've still got a long way to climb on the spectrum of felonies. Ping me when you blackmail someone interesting, but until then detach yourself from delusions of grandeur. Regardless of whether or not he's met Neal - the fact that Neal terms him better is already enough point of interest.
